PROJECT Anomaly is a military-themed strategy game. Its gameplay is also not much complicated, as it follows the elements of turn-base gameplay.
In a nutshell, when a battle begins, you choose actions for all members of the force. Then press end-turn to see the result.
Each character can move or perform other actions twice, before aiming at the target. And depending on the type of soldier unit, you need to choose for them the appropriate positions to achieve the best combat status.
Finally, when the forces of either team are completely annihilated, the battle will end with a reward for the survivor.
And as I introduced, PROJECT Anomaly is an online strategy game. Although, this is quite interesting, but for newbies, it is really worrying with my level and understanding. The developer didn’t really want their players to be in this situation, so they designed a whole series of training missions, with the goal of helping players understand the characteristics and how the game works.
When participating in a series of training missions, you can learn that PROJECT Anomaly puts so much emphasis on strategy that, one wrong move costs your life. This is understandable, because you move openly, will be detected and attacked by the enemy.

In general, there are many more units and they can be unlocked in the future. The individual stats system allows you to read and analyze the pros and cons of each type of soldier. Moreover, you can also upgrade them to be more effective on the battlefield.
Topographic
Terrain is an important factor that you need to keep in mind when figuring out a strategy for battle. If you know, that map has many hidden locations to help units easily cover each other, you will immediately think of choosing Assaulter and Snipper. On the other hand, if the map is larger, Scout is a perfect replacement for Assaulter, because they can travel further to find a better and safer attack position.
Support
While fighting, sometimes you can be pushed into a losing situation by the enemy. In that situation, you should use supports such as strengthening defensive armor, health supplements or increasing combat power.
These supports can also be upgraded. At the main screen, you choose Base – personal military base. There are areas such as the command center (Command Center), medical center, armory, barracks and workshop. And in this part, we are only interested in the medical center. You upgrade the health center which will bring more defense and health to the units on the battlefield. This process consumes a lot of resources, and it is closely tied to the Command Center. You will have to upgrade Command Center first to get permission to upgrade other areas.
