Introducing Injustice 2
Have you seen Batman V Superman: Dawn Of Justice (2016)? In this movie, we witness the confrontation between the two most beloved superheroes in the history of the DC superhero universe. If you want more than that, give this game a try.
Story
In terms of content, the events of Injustice 2 take place right after Injustice: Gods Among US. Seven years after Superman was defeated at the hands of the Justice League members, Batman and the rest of the crew try to bring the world together. However, a new faction called The Society, led by Gorilla Grodd (an intelligent, cruel gorilla and enemy of The Flash) has appeared and wants to take over this chaotic world.
After being defeated by Grodd, both factions teamed up to confront Brainiac, a villain from outer space, the mastermind behind it all. The heroes defeat Brainiac, but they are divided into two factions. Batman, Flash, Green Lantern and Supergirl want to spare him to restore the universe together. Superman, Aquaman, Black Adam, and Wonder Woman want to eliminate the threat by killing him and using Brainiac’s ship to establish control over Earth. A war broke out between the two factions. The game can have one of two endings depending on the player’s choice:
- If you choose Superman, he kills Braniac and Batman, using the ship to establish control over Earth. He created a mind-controlled Batman to convince Supergirl to join him.
- If you choose Batman, Superman and Clark’s allies are defeated. Bruce imprisoned him in the Phantom Zone, forming a new Justice League with Supergirl taking Superman’s place.
Style play
As you know, Injustice 2 is a fighting game so throughout the game are 1v1 matches between you and other players (or AI). Basically, these matches require your skill, ingenuity and a very important thing is fighting skills. After playing the game for a while, you will understand the moves and attacks of each character, thereby being able to find weak points to attack them as well as avoid the opponent’s attacks.
Injustice 2’s control mechanism on Android and iOS has been simplified for phones but still provides quite a lot of options for players in combat. Control operations include left navigation key, swipe up to jump, swipe down to crouch or somersault, touch the screen to punch or kick, the right three keys correspond to the character’s three skills. Moreover, you can combine multiple keys at the same time to create impressive combos.
