Style play
Why do I say this game is part 2 of Draw Climber? Basically, the gameplay of these two games is quite similar. It is divided into two parts. First, you need to design your car by drawing on the screen (with Draw Climber, you just draw the wheel). You can draw anything by holding your finger on the screen, however, you can only draw with just one stroke and the amount of ink is limited. This requires you to think carefully before drawing, because the design of the vehicle greatly affects how you fight in battle. If you feel unsatisfied with your car, you can select the Trash Can button to redraw from scratch.
When your car is ready, choose Fight! to start the war. Here, you will confront another warrior with their vehicle. Swipe to the sides of the screen to control your car to move forward / backward, and find ways for you to use weapons to attack opponents.
There are 1001 types of death when you play Draw Joust!. Stabbed by a spear, falling from a car, falling into the sea, being slashed by a sword, etc. You won’t know how you will end your opponent until you actually fight them.
Weapons
Weapons are one of the important factors that directly affect your tactics in battle. In the standby screen for each match, you will know your weapon and the opponent’s weapon, thereby finding a way to draw a suitable vehicle. If your enemies use swords, draw a very tall vehicle, as swords have a fairly short range. When the enemy uses a hammer, draw a shield on the top of the car if you don’t want your car to be smashed into pieces.
