Graphics
My first impression of Big Battle 3D was the game’s graphics. You can see the similarity in the design of this game with some games like Run Race 3D or Fun Race 3D. Despite the war context, the game’s battles are more like a “fight” between boys than a fight between real warriors. The game design characters in stickman style, suitable for players who love the minimalist style.
With an overhead view, you get an overview of the battle. It’s quite chaotic, interesting and funny. You can distinguish your allies by color. Your army is green, and your opponent’s is red. The white warriors are dead warriors.
Style play
Big Battle 3D doesn’t tell you why you’re in the war. You have only one purpose, defeat the enemy to capture the castle. With a wide and wide viewing angle, you can see the entire course of the war. But, you can’t do anything. After choosing your formation and upgrading your weapons in the main screen, you can start the battle. The two factions will fight each other on their own, you just have to observe and find better tactics in the next match (if you fail).
To me, Big Battle 3D is the “least tactical” strategy game I’ve ever played. There are 4 factors that affect the outcome of the battle including number, strength, formation and a bit of luck. If you fail, you just need to upgrade your warriors and go back to the fight. The reason I say, you need a little luck is because, the warriors will automatically fight the enemy. If they do well, one of your warriors can take down many enemies and help you win the war.
Big Battle 3D has a Formation feature that helps you change the tactics of your army. You can choose Formation to change the arrangement of the squad. There are many different formations, but you need to reach Castle 4 to unlock the vertical formation. Other squads are unlocked one after another as you progress to other levels
Upgrade
There are two upgrades that you need to care about, which are strength and quantity. Upgrading weapons makes your army stronger, your weapons are also changed as you upgrade. You will feel the weapon of the game extremely funny. Initially, your warrior only uses martial arts to fight with swords and shields. After upgrading, you will use boxing gloves, shields, swords and a variety of other interesting weapons.
Money
Money ($) is the only currency of the game. You get coins by completing a battle, opening chests or watching ads. You can then use that money to upgrade weapons or numbers for your army. After each match, you will receive a key. When you have 3 keys, you have a chance to get many rewards with three chest openings.
In addition, Big Battle 3D has a similar feature to idle games. You can upgrade the “Offline Earnings” section to increase the amount of passive income per minute.
